You may have heard NBN installing their equipment and devices in locations that are inadequate or don’t suit your lifestyle?

It’s true, most of the time NBN technicians will just install their equipment and devices wherever is easiest for them. They will come up with some story as to why they can’t install their equipment and devices where you want them. There are certain situations or in-fact regulations where ACMA has ruled appropriate locations for installation, which are generally depicted within the installation guidelines for the NBN and available for you to read on NBN’s website.

If you have a preferred location of where you want your NBN equipment and devices installed; then you need to call us. We can move internal NBN equipment and devices in most cases.

* Depending on distance between Point of Entry, ACMA Regulations and Physical characteristics of your house. We can also move external NBN equipment HFC or FTTN however in some circumstances we can’t. Relocation of outside NBN Fibre equipment or lead in cables is not permitted; NBN will need to be contacted for relocation of their Fibre lead in cables or NBN Equipment
